Installation Guidelines for Mobile

We are very glad that you took action on the Noble Impulse indicator. We are more than happy to officially welcome you as a part of the Noble family. The content of this PDF will guide you through setting up your TradingView Charts for Noble Impulse and adding Noble Impulse to any TradingView chart you choose. STEP 1
From TradingView Mobile App select “Chart”
STEP 2
Click the plus button and select indicators.
STEP 3
Add Noble Impulse to your chart from your Indicators & strategies under ‘invite-only scripts” Click invite-only scripts and then select Noble Impulse.
STEP 4
Simply exit by clicking the cross button. You can now use Noble Impulse on any ticker/symbols and timeframe.
CONGRATULATIONS!
Well done! You have successfully installed Noble Impulse on your TradingView Chart. Scroll down for the settings overview.
On the settings, you can customize everything based on your preferred colour scheme. To change the colour, simply click the settings. You can change the colour under style.
Noble Impulse Signal Settings
Sensitivity - can be adjusted for reducing noise and decreasing or increasing the number of signals on your chart. The lower the sensitivity the more signals appear, and the higher the sensitivity the fewer signals appear.
Sensitivity #1 - Default is set at 8
Sensitivity #2 - Default is set at 15
Most people preferred to use the recommended settings which overall have the best performance in any market. If you’re looking to adjust the settings refer below.
Sensitivity #1 - We recommend a range between 5 and 50. The lower the sensitivity the more signals appear, and the higher the sensitivity the fewer signals appear.
Sensitivity #2 - We recommend a range between 2 and 20. This sensitivity acts like ATR which mainly measures volatility and shows how much an asset moves on average within that period. The lower this sensitivity setting, the more signals will appear and it will attempt to catch the peak of every reversal.
Don’t let this part confuse you as we have determined the best settings for every trading style. You can simply use the default settings
To adjust the values. Click the settings to view the sensitivity under inputs.
How to Create Alerts/Notifications
Click on the plus button on your TradingView app and select alerts. Note: The free TradingView plan only has one alert available. You need to upgrade your plan in order to receive more.
Select Noble Impulse as your condition. You need to be on that symbol and timeframe in order to receive that specific alert. Make sure to use “Once per bar close.” Some of these features may only be available for upgraded plans. Note: Alert is only available for regular candlestick.
The latest TradingView update allows you to edit the alert message. The default alert message of Noble Impulse is “Buy {{Insert Timeframe}}, {{ticker}}, price = {{close}}” Simply replace the {{Insert Timeframe}} with the appropriate time frame. For example, for M1 timeframe you will put “Buy M1, {{ticker}}, price = {{close}}” You can find out more about these variables when you click the question mark icon.
This is how the default alerts will look like on mobile view.
How to Look up tickers/symbols
There are multiple ways of doing this. The easiest way is by adding the symbol on your watchlist. Simply click on the watchlist icon on the bottom left corner of your screen and then click the plus button to look up and add the symbol. And then simply click on the symbol from your watchlist to view the chart.
You can use these features on Mobile, click or scroll up and down to navigate between symbols and timeframe.
How to Install Updates
You will receive an email if there are any new updates. We will include a PDF in your download files that will include updates log along with the date and new contents or changes. Look for a PDF named “TradingView Updates Log.”
We will also list all the new updates on our website. At the main menu, look for TradingView Updates. Click here
To receive an update:
- Refresh your browser or TradingView mobile app.
- Remove the current indicator from your chart. See attached picture below.
- Re-attach it from your invite-only scripts.
To remove the indicator on your chart. Click on the indicator name located on the top left corner of your screen and click the cross icon.
A fully updated Noble Impulse indicator should appear.
Make sure to save your chart layout on TradingView after successfully installing an update so you can ensure it will stay on your chart. Simply click the three horizontal dots and then scroll down to view the Chart Layout settings. By clicking “Save” the current chart will become your default chart every time you login. On the other hand, when you click “Save as'' you can load the saved chart anytime you wish from “Load” you can choose to do both.
