SECTION 12 - REFUNDS AND SUBSCRIPTION/PURCHASES

Scalping indicator refund policy last for 7 days following the time of purchase.

NOTE: TradingView and MetaTrader 4 versions are sold separately. 

We have a strict refund policy because we provide 7 days free trial on all of our products except the scalping indicator. We encourage you to apply for our free trial before purchasing any of our product. 

We provide full refunds for up to 24 hours of purchase (unless otherwise posted) if you are not happy with your purchase!

Debit/Credit payments - 24 hours period from time of purchase for a full refund.

We have done countless back testing and execution over the years, in order to make sure that the Noble Impulse indicator and our strategy will provide positive results. We are confident that if you follow our advice and strategies Noble Impulse will be a great addition to your trading. 

Before you proceed with the refund process. Please consider that we will offer our support in order to help you fully understand our trading system. Any question that you might have, feel free to reach out to us.

We cannot provide a refund for the following cases (Absolutely NO exceptions)

  • We will not provide refunds more than 24 hours following the time of purchase.
  • You change your mind or make an accidental purchase.
  • Did not read the description

If you did not meet these conditions. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you any refunds.

Since we are clear with our refund policy, you have to agree prior to completing the purchase of any of our Programs, Products, or Services, we do not tolerate or accept any type of chargeback threat or actual chargeback from your debit or credit card company. In the event that a chargeback is placed on a purchase or we receive a chargeback threat during or after your purchase, we reserve the right to report the incident to all credit reporting agencies or to any other entity for inclusion in any chargeback database. The information reported will include your name, email address, order date, order amount, and billing address. Chargeback abusers wishing to be removed from the database shall make the payment for the amount of the chargeback.
